- 20-amp dedicated electrical panel with separate metering.
- Electrically-operated, weather-sealed, bifold door with 57'0" wide x 18'0" high clear opening, large tempered-glass windows, and optional remote opener with automatic electric locking.
- 3'0" x 6'8" steel entry door with security deadbolt, integrated into hangar door
